The double lot affords you plenty of space and the private, dead end road, keeps traffic to a minimum. Elevation to the lake is gradual. Wooded shore line is perfect for wildlife. The lake is smaller so big boats do not often come here and hardly ever a jet ski. The fishing is good for sunfish, crappies, northern and bass. Catch and release is encouraged for the larger fish.
